Several issue fixes. enhancements to Blogger application.

Complete
Removed most temporary usage of session variables to make code more production ready.
Corrected linkage for remove details.
Found security issue where new/edit for blog/topic required login but new lowest level (detail) didn't as it didn't have security requirement in the controller, so added that and this fixed the problem.
